DR is a casual operations guild made up of mature (18+) members from throughout Europe, who have full-time careers and/or families but still love to do end-game operations.  Believing that real life comes first, we offer a flexible schedule open to all members and don't penalize if you can't attend consistently.  We also offer multiple-mode operations so everyone can level at their own pace.
